IN THE 90’S THERE WAS A LOT OF GANG VIOLENCE AND DRUG DEALING IN THE US. THE POLICE AND THE DARE PROGRAM HAD TO STOP PRODUCTION OF THESE PARTICULAR T-SHIRTS. THE REASON BEING WAS THE DRUG DEALERS AND GANG MEMBERS WOULD OBTAIN THESE SHIRTS AND WEAR THEM SO THEY THOUGHT THE POLICE WOULDN’T IDENTIFY THEM AS GANG AND DRUG DEALERS….
