These shoes have a funny story – to them. I was wearing them the day I met my husband and I started calling them my “lucky new shoes”. The night I met my (now) husband, I wrote his number on the bottom of one of my shoes (for lack of having pen/or paper) and I told him – “I think you’re gonna be my husband some day, because I would normally never write on my shoe for a guy’s number” – 2 years later we were married. These practical shoes were my lucky shoes for a while and perhaps they will bring you the same kind of luck.
